I understand that my participation (or my child’s participation) in activities at the Ross Bros Baseball Facility—including but not limited to batting cages, gym equipment, and weights—entails risk of injury or accident. These risks include but are not limited to: physical exertion, being struck by balls or equipment, use of weights or machines, slips, or falls.

I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to use the Ross Bros Baseball Facility, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Ross Bros Baseball LLC, its owners, coaches, and staff from any liability, claims, or causes of action related to injuries, loss, or damage resulting from participation, regardless of cause or negligence.

I agree to the terms of this waiver and release Ross Bros Baseball LLC from liability.

Equipment Usage Agreement

I agree to use all training equipment—including pitching machines, weights, and gym equipment—safely and as instructed. I understand that misuse increases the risk of injury and will immediately report unsafe conditions to a staff member.

I agree to use equipment responsibly and follow safety protocols.

Health Confirmation

I confirm that the participant is in good physical health and cleared for physical activity. I accept responsibility for seeking medical attention if necessary.
